Kim Knoppe - is a Founder and Co-Owner of Autumnwood Homes which he started in 1987. Autumnwood Homes builds, manages property, does lease-to-own, house flipping and remodeling. Kim Knoppe Is the Owner and Founder of Autumnwood Funding which he started in 2003. Autumnwood Funding lends the purchase and repair money to other real estate investors who want to purchase and flip homes. Kim Knoppe can lend nationally and has lent in 20 states. Kim Knoppe attended Elder high school and graduated in 1969 where he set football receiving and track hurdle records. Kim Knoppe attended Xavier University on a full scholarship, majored in Finance and graduated in 1973. Kim Knoppe obtained his MBA from Bryant University on a full 3rd party merit scholarship and graduated in 1981. Kim Knoppe worked for major corporations in the field of accounting, business planning and factory administration for 14 years before starting his companies. Kim Knoppe was the youngest executive of a fortune 100 company at the age of 29. Kim Knoppe has created numerous proprietary business models that helped propel his businesses and earned him the reputation of being the best real estate investor in the State of Ohio. Kim Knoppe has sponsored several real estate investor associations and mentored many real estate investors. Kim Knoppe was contacted by and consulted for several banks during the recession. During the 2007-2012 recession, Kim Knoppe's Businesses more than doubled in size expanding to construction and lending in 20 states. Kim Knoppe has 4 children, three worked in his businesses learning all aspects of the real estate business and in 2018 started their own real estate investing company. In 2008, Kim Knoppe created the Kim Knoppe Charitable Fund, and has been active in charities involving cancer support for patient expenses not covered by insurance, homelessness, and educational endowments. In 2019 knoppe created the Kim Knoppe Foundation which is a 501 C 3 non profit.
